Born in Prairie Village, Kansas on May 13, 1967, graduated from high school in Louisville, Kentucky in 1985. Married Stephanie Funston on June 10, 1989. Father of two children: Rachel and Steven.

A Brief Biography

Randy joined the firm of Brett, Erdel , Owings & Tanzey, PC in August of 2003, after practicing with the firm of Van Matre and Harrison, P.C. in Columbia, Missouri, since 1995.

Randy concentrates his practice in the following areas: commercial and residential real estate, contracts, business law, corporate and business formation and planning, estate planning, transactional law and taxation.
