A Brief Biography

Dan, along with Brad Brett, co-founded the Brett and Erdel Law Firm in April of 1976. He started his practice in Kansas City, Missouri, at the law firm of Morris, Mitchell, Larson, King, Stamper and Bold where he concentrated his practice in tax litigation, business and transactional law.

Dan concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate, contracts, debtor and creditor rights, bankruptcy, business law, corporate and business formation and planning, Wills, Probate and Trusts, taxation.
